How To Cancel A Trade In
To cancel a trade before shipping the item, use the Trade-in Support contact form. Include your name and quote number, and specify what you want cancelled in your transaction. We will send you an email confirming the cancellation. You may be asked, but not required, to provide a reason for canceling the trade.

Once we have confirmed receipt of your trade, the transaction cannot be cancelled.
